@JediGTI i had this op 4weeks ago. it was painful for 2weeks then its just a discomfort but bending down and picking things up is still something i will not be able to do for a few weeks but i was driving again after 2 and a half weeks. if you do a manual job be prepared to be off work about 6-7 weeks

i am glad i had key hole surgery for this procedure because this looks painful. mind you, i were in pain for 2 weeks and couldn’t move off the couch.

I’m one weeks out from my hernia surgery and mine doesn’t look right . It’s too folded up , and very stiff around the area, like a rock underneath my skin. . Did yours change any or stay the same? Please let me know. Thanks. Alex
